IN EVERY LIVE INTERACTION (WORKSHOPS, DISCUSSIONS, MEETUPS, MORNING COFFEE, ETC) WE WILL FOCUS ALWAYS ON MAKING THE CONNECTION - THE SUBJECT MATTER OR INDIVIDUAL CIRCUMSTANCES ARE FLEETING - REAL CONNECTIONS ARE FOREVER!
THE COVID19 PANDEMIC ACCELERATED THE NEED TO HELP EVERYONE MAKE CONNECTIONS. USING the PIT WE CREATED A SET OF RULES, FOR EXAMPLE (RULE #1) SAYS THAT EVERYONE IN THE MEETING IS EQUAL. THERE IS NO HIERARCHY IN THE MEETING AND THERE IS NO SINGLE PERSON IN YOUR MEETING THAT HAS KNOWLEDGE OR ANY ATTRIBUTE THAT HAS MORE VALUE THAN YOUR OWN! YOUR VIEW, YOUR EXPRESSION, YOUR DESIRE TO BUILD RELATIONSHIPS IS ALL THAT MATTERS.

What's with the strange name?
What is "Archimedes Lever"?
Archimedes Lever is a conundrum - displacement of an object (our world) from its axis by a system (ropes and pulleys) connected to a large enough lever. This conundrum was phrased by the greek mathematician and inventor of the 2nd century Archimedes. To us it means to step out of "your world" and connect with another.
How does the Archimedes Lever principle apply to me?
